Dayanna Herrera

Meet Dayanna Herrera, our dedicated HR Generalist hailing from Bogota, Colombia! Her passion and commitment at CommuniKids, brings a diverse background in education, sales and management. She spent three years as a front desk administrator, demonstrating precision and efficiency in managing clerical activities. Her love for nurturing young learners led her to spend two years as a dedicated Spanish preschool teacher and bilingual Teacher Assistant, creating a thriving environment for children. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science Degree in Human Resources-Supervision and Management at MDC, where she also obtained her Associate in Arts. In her free time, Dayanna enjoys running and reading, and she loves doing both amidst nature. Hiking is another favorite activity she cherishes. Married and with plans to get a dog soon, Dayanna is thrilled to be a part of the CommuniKids community, ensuring a welcoming and supportive environment for our staff and families.
