Our school-age after school target langauge program exposes children to the target language in an immersion setting.
CommuniKids Tenleytown, Cathedral Commons and Falls Church locations invite you to register your child for their Spanish, Mandarin or French (depending on location) Learning AfterSchool program 3 or 5 days a week for the 2024-25 school year.

Our school-age after school Spanish program exposes children to the target language in an immersion setting.
We offer Spanish to children from Pre-K 4 to second grade and serve schools in DCPS. We are a short walk away from Janney Elementary School. Our staff will walk the children to CommuniKids. Our native-speaking teachers are credentialed in Early Childhood / Elementary Education. They have years of experience working with children.
Program Details:
- Age Group: 4-8 years
- Program Hours: 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm
Tuition:
- Three-Day Program (M, W, F):
- Tuition(September-June): $2984
- Payments are split as follows: a deposit of $298.40 and nine monthly installments of $298.40 from September 2024 - May 2025
- 5-Day Program:
- Tuition (September - June): $4,975
- Payments are split as follows: a deposit of $497.50 and nine monthly installments of $497.50 from September 2024- May 2025
We offer a 10% discount for early payment in full (by Sept. 01, 2024).
*There is a $50 registration fee for new families.
CommuniKids accepts the following: Online payments and personal checks.
CommuniKids requires a two-week advance notice for any changes made or to stop charging your account. Yet the deposit will not be refunded.
Discounts Available:
- Sibling Discount: 5% off for the second or third child
- Military Discount: 5% off for each child
- Refer a Friend: Get $50 off when your friend signs up for a program.
Additional Information:
- A minimum enrollment of 6 children is required.
- After-school program routine will be adjusted to align with children's regular school schedules
