Language Classes

Caterpillars (2-3 year olds): This toddler class is designed to prepare students for the preschool. These weekly classes will help children to get used to being immersed in a foreign language and away from their parents. They will have fun, learn the routine, do crafts, and sing some songs! You are welcome to join us even if you don’t plan on joining the preschool. This class meets twice a week.

Honeybees (3-4 year olds): Our preschoolers will focus on speaking and listening skills to be more comfortable with the language. They will participate in circle time, pretend play, storytelling, crafts, movement, and music. This class meets once a week.

Dragonflies (5-8 year olds): Our school-aged children focus on speaking and listening skills, but they also begin to explore pre-reading and pre-writing skills. Children will be prompted to produce more language and will focus on more complex activities while still enjoying a dynamic, play-based program. This class meets once a week.

Reading /Writing, Language and Culture

For enrollment in this class, students must take a placement test. Class meets twice a week.

Grasshoppers (5+ year old) Reading/Writing: Our oldest learners take their knowledge a step further with a full immersion culture-based program that provides a challenging yet nurturing and fun environment to boost expression while learning to read and write. Enrollment in these classes requires a placement test.
