Meet Estefania Umana, our dedicated Director of Admissions from El Salvador! Estefania’s journey in education began in 2011 when she started volunteering for community service hours in an early childhood environment and fell in love with it. She has been an essential part of the CommuniKids team for 10 years, having joined in the summer of 2023. She graduated from Magruder High School in 2013, earned a CDA from Montgomery College, and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Marketing. Outside of work, Estefania enjoys spending quality time with her beautiful 20-month-old daughter, exploring new foods and restaurants, and engaging in fun DIY projects. With her passion for early childhood education and strong dedication to the school community, Estefania plays a crucial role in helping families join the CommuniKids family.
