Jie Zhang

Meet Jie Zhang, our talented Assistant Teacher and Music Teacher. Originally from China, Jie has been an integral part of the CommuniKids team for three years. Her journey as an educator began after graduating from a College of Education in China, where she majored in music education and obtained both a music teacher certificate and a certificate in Mandarin. Outside of the classroom, she enjoys playing the piano, singing in a bel canto chorus, practicing yoga, and Chinese dance.  With a supportive husband and a talented son who has won the Presidential Education Award, Jie dreams of expanding her family and welcoming another daughter. Her diverse talents and commitment to education make her an invaluable member of our school community, enriching the lives of our students with her passion for music and teaching.
